At the conclusion of the New Pangea Programme we will be provided an evaluation demonstrating progress and ROI.

Social Connections is on our five elements of resilience.  Humans have evolved to be highly effective connected social creatures - so we have started our own community where we can come together, online and in person.  Members will be able to connect with people gain validation for what they are feeling and share what is working.

We have created a safe space for people to prioritise what keeps them well.

DECISION 
MAKING 

Improve the quality, consistency documentations of the decisions take by your teams.
Duration - 4 hours
Delegates will explore effective models of decision making and how to apply them in both spontaneous and pre planned settings. 
Delegates will learn how to document and record decisions effectively.
This session is interactive and scenario based

PROBLEM 
SOLVING

Understanding and overcoming long term problems that impact your organisation. 
Duration - 4 hours
Delegates will explore different models of problem solving.  This will include understanding the underlying problem and not the symptom.  How to measure the impact of the issues, how to implement solutions and test effectiveness.

LEADING NEURO -DIVERGENT TEAMS

Better support neurodivergent team members. 
Duration - 4 hours
Delegates will gain an awareness of neurodivergent conditions and how neurodivergent team members may present.  Delegates will explore how to tailor communication to meet everyone's needs

MANAGING CONFLICT 

Give Team members confidence to communication effectively in challenging customer interactions. 
Duration - 4 hours
Delegates will learn to spot the signs of an escalating interactions and how to best de-escalate or withdraw.
This is designed for roles that have face to face customer interactions such as retail or the licensed trade.
