At the conclusion of the New Pangea Programme we will be provided an evaluation demonstrating progress and ROI.
Working with each client we will make recommendations to build on progress.
Social Connections is on our five elements of resilience. Humans have evolved to be highly effective connected social creatures - so we have started our own community where we can come together, online and in person. Members will be able to connect with people gain validation for what they are feeling and share what is working.
We have created a safe space for people to prioritise what keeps them well.

Delegates will explore effective models of decision making and how to apply them in both spontaneous and pre planned settings.
Delegates will learn how to document and record decisions effectively.
